As the Executive Vice President of Sales in her former company, she led Residential and Commercial Sales divisions generating nine-figure annual revenues.
A shareholder and key member of the Executive Leadership Team, Courtney played a pivotal role in driving transformational growth, strengthening operational strategy, and expanding market impact. At Lockgeniuses, she continues to apply her leadership, industry insight, and dedication to customer relationships to deliver value and innovation to the Residential and Multi-family channels.

With more than 12 years of experience in the door hardware industry, Zach Guyer brings a deep understanding of sales leadership, purchasing, operations, and distribution to his role as General Manager. Zach has built his career on creating efficient processes, developing strong teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
